Refund Policy

As a standard process if the order is not processed because of some technical error or cancelled by the user, then the refund will be initiated in same Credit card / Debit card or online banking account through which the order has been originally processed. (Refund handling charges 3% will be applicable in case of cancellation of order from user end over and above the cancellation charges as specified in the order) .

 


 

Exchange policy

Faulty/defective products purchased from us can only be exchanged if:

The fault is reported within 3 working days from the date of acceptance of delivery

The product is returned to us in its original package

The fault is verified to be genuine and not as a result of mishandling by the customer

We strongly advise our customers to check and verify product(s) upon delivery. If you discover that goods are damaged, we will replace that goods as soon as we can or full refund amount you paid.

Some items/conditions are NOT allow to return. For items which has obvious sign of use, custom order by customers, goods purchase from other Sellers etc. 

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will NOT be any refund. United Advanced Systems will also NOT be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. 

Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 1 Month after the confirmation.



Return policy

Returns are acceptable only if:

The product is damaged and/or defective

Damage and/or defect is not as a result of customer’s fault

The wrong item has been delivered

The product is not as advertised (the products does not match with the website image, description and specification)

The product delivered is missing some parts
