We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the Services or use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Services.

Please note that we only provide the Services for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Services for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Services or to your downloading of any content on the Services, or on any website linked to the Services.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access the Services. You should use your own virus protection software.

1. Credit Card / Internet Banking

TERMS & CONDITIONS USING PAYMENT GATEWAY (EGHL)

  1. If you are using the payment gateway to pay online using Debit/Credit Card or Online banking, then you are doing so with the consultation/approval of the card owner/account holder (if in case you are not the card holder/account holder yourself).

  2. If the payment is not processed because of any reasons, then you are supposed to deposit cash in our Bank Account within next 24 hours, otherwise the respective order will be cancelled. In such scenarios the order will be subject to availability.

  3. Due to loss of availability or technical error there could be a possibility that the booking might not go through while processing the payment through Credit/Debit card or Online banking account. During such circumstances our support team shall refund the full amount (the actual amount the said order is processed for without deducting the applicable charges) within 24 working hours of the booking processed to the same Credit/Debit Card or Net banking account from which the order is processed.

  4. If the transaction has been CANCELLED by the user, processing charges (3%) will still apply to the Agent/card holder.

  5. As a standard process if the order is not processed because of some technical error or cancelled by the user, then the refund will be initiated in same Credit card / Debit card or online banking account through which the order has been originally processed. (Refund handling charges 3% will be applicable in case of cancellation of order from user end over and above the cancellation charges as specified in the order) .

  6. Payment Gateway is an additional Payment option available for the user and is not the only option for making Payments. You can paying cash and pick up in our shop or transferring funds via Online Banking / wire transfers.
